Mudar comportamentos

... os mesmos que continuam a questionar-se por que razão se considera sequer a utilização de weblogs dentro das organizações. A IBM já não se questiona!
PS - Esqueci-me de referir uma tese de mestrado, dedicada a esclarecer melhor os mais cépticos: Blogs - A Global Conversation: A Master’s Thesis on the Social Phenomenon of Blogs [.pdf], James Torio (2005), que tive conhecimento através do Hugh Macleod.
